Practice Manager

```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate patient scheduling, ensuring optimal use of provider time and efficient patient flow
- Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records systems

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a dental or medical office setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, such as Dentrix or similar software
- Experience in supervising and managing a team of healthcare professionals
- Understanding of human resources principles and practices
- Knowledge of acute care hospital operations is a plus
