RESPONSIBILITIES
Day to day Pro Shop responsibilities:
Day to day Pro shop operations including tee time reservations, merchandising, members’ financial transactions
Greet members; Control 1st and 10th tee traffic; Organize tee sheet & supervise pace of play;
Assist in all merchandising activities including clothing, accessories, golf equipment
Organization of members’ events
Inventory management
Shoulder season guest services responsibilities

Start Date: May 6th, 2024
Finish Date: October 10th 2024
Regular Employment Hours: based on 5 shifts per week @ 7-8 hours per shift. These hours will vary throughout the season. Scheduled hours are variable, dependent on the demands of the Golf Operations, and no guarantee of hours is given. On days that are not busy or on days with poor weather, the length of your shift may be shorter than originally scheduled. On days that are exceptionally busy, the length of your shift may be longer than originally scheduled. Days off may or may not be consecutive
Shift Description: Open shifts 6:30am to 2;00pm, Mid shifts 8:00am to 4:00pm, Closing shifts 2:00pm to 9:00 p.m.
Playing Privileges at Windermere Golf & Country Club: During times that aren’t busy
