Clubhouse And Pro Shop Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Clubhouse and Pro Shop Attendant. As a Clubhouse and Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks within the clubhouse. Duties
1. Required to complete reservations for customers over the phone and in person, using our online tee-sheet program.

2. Required to answer customer phone calls to process payments, book tee-times, etc.

3. Responsible for communicating with guests to assist them in scheduling and purchasing tee-times, food and beverage, Pro Shop items, etc.

4. Responsible for processing transactions within the main Clubhouse and Pro Shop, as well as on beverage cart.

5. Required to periodically serve food and beverages.

6. Responsible for cooking small meal items (sausages, pizza, etc.).

7. Responsible for cleaning golf carts.

8. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within all work areas.

9. Responsible for following a worklist to complete daily objectives.

10. Required to follow dress code and wear a dedicated uniform shirt and name tag.

11. Required to work during events, tournaments, etc.

12. Periodically responsible for operating golf carts to sell food and beverages to players on the course.

13. Periodically responsible to assist the general manager and clubhouse manager with projects and tasks.

14. Required to follow policies to safely and accurately close golf course and clubhouse.

15. Requirement to behave in accordance with company values.

Education

1. Highschool Diploma – Required.

2. Food Handlers Certificate – Required.

3. Smart Serve Certificate – Required.

Competencies

1. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.

2. Ability to work with others in a team environment.

3. Ability to follow and take direction from owners, manager, and general manager.

Skills

1. Working knowledge of computers - Preferred.

2. Experience with POS systems – Preferred.

Working Conditions

1. Part-time position.

2. Seasonal position.

3. Required to work on ALL weekends and holidays.

4. Requirement to work all scheduled shifts.

5. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

6. Must be able to stand/walk/bend/push/pull for extended periods of time.

7. Ability to lift up to 30 - 50 lbs.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6-8 months

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
