Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst/Business Analyst to design and enhance business-critical web and mobile products.

This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced team that excels at building high-quality products for clients at scale. This position reports to the COO and will work closely with a skilled Bellwood Labs product development team.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work with both technical teams and business teams to help define and refine requirements.
• Document current and future state processes flows.
• Collaborate and assist as needed with communications between stakeholders, project management team, and internal technical teams.
• Assist in Confluence documentation and JIRA backlog management.
• Work with technical product owners to facilitate requirements sessions and break down business requirements into actionable JIRA stories, etc.
• Occasionally help to support existing production systems as needed.
• Assist and lead other areas as needed in a business analyst/systems analyst capacity.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce User Stories
• Write User Stories suitable for design and project team members to understand what they need to accomplish
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
• Participate in reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
• Document detailed functional requirements
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, clients, and management
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
• Present concepts and research to both client and project teams to ensure alignment on product strategy
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of professional Product Analyst experience
• Is passionate about understanding the client’s needs
• Thrives in ambiguity, working across multiple organizational stakeholders

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
