We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Product Training Coordinator (Trainer). The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and conducting training sessions for various stakeholders, including business partners, office staff, and field personnel.What you will do
The primary responsibilities include:
- Organizing and conducting training sessions for business partners, focusing on building an engaging and informative scenario to showcase our products effectively.
- Providing direction to promoters and field staff on how to demonstrate our products' advantages over competitors in specific conditions.
- Conducting training sessions for office staff to ensure they have a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Developing and implementing standards for training at sales points to optimize sell-out and effective contracting of sellers post-training.
- Creating SCORM/online training modules for remote learning opportunities.
- Building scripts and recording training videos for internal use.
What you need to succeed
- A creative and well-organized individual with a knack for developing engaging training scenarios.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to initiate contact with partners' training departments and coordinate training sessions.
- Enthusiasm for technological innovations and a willingness to learn about our products as well as competitors' offerings.
- Strong soft skills in conducting training, including the ability to address objections effectively during workshops.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting in front of diverse audiences.
