Gathering Place Trading is looking for someone to become part of our high-energy team! We are a Campbell River-based family business, founded on Cortes Island in 2003. Duties Include:
- Labelling and packaging products
- Using computer for inventory and tracking of products
- Repetitive motion and movements
- Lift up to 25 kg boxes
- Completing tasks while paying careful attention to detail
- Maintaining cleanliness of packing area
Candidate Requirements:
- Has a positive attitude and is a good communicator
- Ability to work in a team to deadlines
- Hard worker, reliable and can work independently
- Ability to work efficiently and at a high pace
- Able to lift 25 kg
Bonus Requirements:
- Eligible for wage subsidy program (currently unemployed or under-employed)
- An interest in and knowledge of the organic and natural food industry
- Food Safe certificate
- HACCP food safety protocol familiarity

Days: Monday to Thursday
9am to 5pm
Hours per week: 30
Starting rate per hour: $18
