The Navadian CHALLENGE:

• Develop strategies for project implementation and provide daily oversight

• Work closely with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to coordinate projects

• Manage interactions with customers, respond to their requests, resolve any disputes and proactively communicate project developments

• Prepare detailed project schedules and ensure rigorous follow-up

• Track project budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure compliance with cost forecasts

• Manage and track potential project changes

• Carry out equipment/material releases and maintain close communication with suppliers

• Make regular site visits to assess progress and resolve any problems.

Your profil:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or construction engineering, specialization in building mechanics preferred or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Valid driver's license.
