What you’ll do:
As a Project Specialist, you will work on multiple project teams simultaneously and may serve as Project Manager for a small project or a portion of a larger project. Your will focus on project management details and follow up actions that maximize project outcomes.  
You are a highly-organized, enthusiastic project manager with exceptional communication skills and a demonstrable talent for project management. The act of planning excites you; organization and efficiency make you squeal with glee. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, always follows-up, and enjoys working within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Your day to day
-Manage project timelines, expectations, milestones, and deliverables and monitor progress to achievement
-Contribute to the creation of project plans, documentation, and requirements for projects
-Act as a key contact and communication facilitation between internal departments
-Coordinate and follow-up on tasks and assignments across teams
-Develop processes and best practices for project management and execution
-Collaborate with teammates who care about our users as much as you do
 
What you bring to the team
-BA, BS or equivalent experience
-2+ years project management experience, PMP / Prince2 or other formal Project Management training an added advantage
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
-Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done
-Excellent ability to work and communicate at all levels within an organization. Strong written and oral communication skills, including delivering professional presentations.
-Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
-Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, Sharepoint
-You work well with others: You like the experience of working with different types of people, including different perspectives and cultures, People love working with you and the feeling is mutual
-You get stuff done: You are a self-starter who can manage a highly variable workload. You’re unfazed by the unexpected projects that require a fast turnaround.
-You get connected quickly: You know how to build a network by building relationships. You are the person who seems to know everyone. This helps you to be resourceful and make things happen
