Property Administrator Job Description
Your main responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls on a multi-line phone system
- Tracking of incoming calls
- Reception and general office duties
- Provide support to the management team
- Prepare proposals
- Assist in the management of properties
- Assist in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable functions
- Preparation of condominium portfolio arrears letters
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
- Management of client banking setup/changes
- Management of client websites and status certificate website
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through customer service excellence
- Controlling operating expenses, and lease administration in a diverse portfolio
- recruit clients through use of your resources, and creativity
- Social media and company wide marketing initiatives
- Ensure quality of service excellence by following the company vision, mission and quality of service core values
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements:
- Business degree or college diploma an asset
- Willing to further develop your skills through ongoing education
- Prior Related Experience
Minimum two years progressive customer service experience in the Property Management and/or real estate industry preferred.
Skills:
- Self starter, motivated, results driven
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of unit servicing and background in maintenance of buildings an asset
- Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act, property standards and the Condominium Act an asset
- Able to demonstrate computer literacy using Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, Apple products, social media platforms and knowledge of Property management software and technology
- The ability to work in a fast paced office environment, outside of regular business hours and provide on-call support when needed.
- You will be supported to attend industry seminars and events and to participate in other initiatives, which will encourage a broadening of knowledge and networks.
