Manages distribution issues.
Manages product quality issues/concerns received from stores/DM’s.
Coordinates products for new menu launches with distributors and vendors.
Coordinates depletion of items/products for new menu launches with distributors and vendors.
Analyzes pricing weekly from distributors’ Order Guide and vendors and provides report.
Ensures pricing from distributors are correct as per vendor agreements with OGI.
Order Guide maintenance and weekly and product maintenance to ensure Order Guide is up to date.
Analyzes menu items, pricing, products.
Reviews store product purchases from Distributors and produces compliancy report to ensure all stores purchasing authorized products from Distributors.
Vendor pricing comparison to ensure current vendors are providing competitive pricing.
Searches for new vendors for products to compare pricing and provide new items/products.
Maintain a minimum of 3 alternate vendors for each item.
Prepares invoices and settles up any amounts owing from vendors and submits invoices to accounting.
Stay abreast with current market trends for products, equipment and supplies.
Ensure that contracts and confidentiality is in place for all key products.
