We are looking for a long term team member to help us continue to provide a high level of customer service to our clients. We have sold Real Estate for nearly 20 years and have worked as a team for 15 years. We are leaders in the Real Estate industry. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you. We can be flexible on hours worked and days in office.
General duties to include
- Administrative tasks such as preparing and submitting documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and maintaining database.
-Social Media postings and prepping Newsletters.
- Coordinating property showings and open houses.
- Communicating with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Previous experience in a Real Estate or administrative role is a bonus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computers and software. We will train for the Real Estate programs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
