```Duties```
- Assist Real Estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications
- Conduct market research and gather data on properties and neighborhoods
- Coordinate property showings and open houses
- Assist in preparing marketing materials for listings
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements
```Qualifications```
- Bilingual skills (fluent in English and another language) preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Familiarity with the local Real Estate market and trends
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry, document preparation, and communication
