The Receptionist/Clerk utilizes a variety of office equipment and computerized software applications to provide reception and clerical services by preparing related documentation, maintaining files and records, answering telephones, and providing and distributing information in accordance with established policies, standards and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Grade 12 and one year recent related experience; or and equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to keyboard at 55 wpm.
- Ability to organize work.
- Ability to operate related equipment such as a computer.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Physically able to carry out the duties of the position.
