We are looking for a vibrant face at our beautiful oceanfront head office located in downtown Campbell River.
Work Scope Overview:
- Greet people and direct them to contacts and service areas.
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Operate a telephone system to answer, screen and forward telephone calls.
- Take messages and provide information by phone and in person.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients
- Ensure kitchen and boardrooms are kept tidy throughout the day.
- Basic bookkeeping. Printing, stamping, coding, entering and filing.
Valuable Contributions:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills.
