Summary

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices across our branches ensuring accuracy and approval, departmental reconciliation, compiling and reviewing payment runs and related duties. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be a key member of the Accounts Payable team and their responsibilities will grow with their confidence in the role.

The ideal Candidate will have:

• A background in Accounts Payable (required)
• Experience performing financial duties (cash handling, reconciliation, etc.)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in a Windows Environment with strong technical skills with MS Excel
• Experience with paperless A/P systems

The hourly wage for this role is typically $17.00 to $31.00 per hour and represents a range across all of PrairieCoast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location.

In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are posting a broad wage range to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.
