Receptionist (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

Join our fast-paced and exciting team representing some of the world’s best luxury vehicle brands and businesses. As the initial face of the company for clients and prospects, the Receptionist plays an important role in maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere while managing phone and foot traffic within the dealership, and directing them to the proper department. The Receptionist is responsible for supporting staff from other departments complete their work and organize information including collecting mail and registering vehicles.

Responsibilities and duties

• Ensure telephones are answered promptly and in a courteous and professional manner.
• Notify the correct department and other company personnel of customers' arrival.
• Track employee attendance.
• Ensure calls are dispatched promptly and accurately.
• Distribute messages taken in a timely fashion.
• Ensure clients are greeted and directed to the appropriate department in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow required administrative procedures while managing the front desk area.
• Stock in vehicles and process vehicle items including tagging keys.
• Monitor loaner and demo vehicle registrations and follow procedure to get new registrations and plates as needed.
• Maintain high level of professionalism at all times.
• Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Receptionist experience 2+ years (Preferred)
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent client relations and communication skills
• Excellent typing and filing abilities
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to maintain multiple tasks within constrained timeframe
• Ability to sit for long periods of time

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
