Hey there! Looking for one amazing receptionist at our health and wellness office to help cover a Maternity Leave!
Looking for:
- Thursday and Friday shifts - 9:30 am - 7:30 pm.
- Someone who knows their way around a computer, experience with clinic administration software is a +, knowledge of JaneApp is a ++
- There is a retention bonus if you stay the whole 12 month term!
The job entails:
- Greeting patients on their way into, and out of the office.
- Taking payments from patients for appointments and products.
- Processing insurance claims.
- General accounting and bookkeeping.
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments in person, over the phone, or via computer.
- Managing schedules for the healthcare providers in the office.
- Cleaning and maintaining of the office and equipment within the office. This includes but is not limited to cleaning the bathroom, kitchen area, doing dishes, laundry, wiping surfaces like doors, walls, baseboards, countertops and vacuuming the office.
- Restocking rooms with products like face paper, gels, sprays, and towels.
- Picking up and dropping off items from the grocery store or post office.
- Cashing out and balancing the sales.
- Closing/Locking the clinic.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
