Rehab Receptionist

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our amazing team.

We are looking for a Part-Time Rehab Receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

• greet patients
• register new patients according to established office protocols
• assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation
• verify and update patient information
• inform patients of rehab office procedures and policy
• enter all relevant patient information into the computer system
• maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• answer and manage incoming calls and emails
• schedule patient appointments
• confirm upcoming appointments
• collect payments from patients at the time of treatment
• maintain a professional reception area
• safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
• knowledge of Dentrix is an asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Rehab: 1 year (required)
