Receptionist

Our firm is seeking an experienced and well-spoken Receptionist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, routing calls and performing clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Greet people who come to the company.
• Answer customer service calls.
• Transfer calls to appropriate people.
• File information about customers and their accounts.
• Schedule appointments for customers.
• Knowledge of Universal software operation
• Knowledge of Product billing, MVA Patient Billing, WSIB

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Rehab Receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
