Sales Administrative Assistant

We are looking to hire a new member to our sales staff that can aid in the sales of new and used Highway Tanker Trucks.

In an effort to keep up with an increasing demand of tankers, Dependable Truck & Tank is looking for qualified candidates with a sales/marketing background capable of maintaining multiple job files through multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Aide and assist with Pricing and Quoting
• Price Updates
• Customer Service
• Providing Production with workbooks to build what is sold
• Working with Sales Manager with scheduling and to maintain files
• Working with Purchasing to maintain pricing sheets
• Maintain used vehicle inventory
• Participate in the maintenance of production schedule

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Office Administration with 3+ years experience ideally in a production or transportation environment
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple Job files
• Self-motivated
• Team player
• Punctual attendance
• Eagerness to work and get the job done
• Great attention to detail to ensure outmost customer satisfaction

Dependable Truck & Tank Limited was founded in 1975 and is, as it began, a family operated business. Our innovative design and engineering concepts allow us to manufacture cargo tanks, trailers and emergency vehicles to our client’s specifications. We manufacture versatile cargo tanks and trailer tankers for the distribution of petroleum products and other bulk related products. We also manufacture tankers for municipal maintenance applications. Our custom tanks range in size from 2000 liter truck-mounted units to 60,000 liter B-train unit
