We are looking to grow our team by recruiting for a Full-time Sales Administrator for one of our dealerships in Langley. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment...all while being the point person for all of our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers:The Sales Administrator is responsible for greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership. The Sales Administrator must be friendly, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Answering phone calls:The Sales Administrator is responsible for answering and directing them to the appropriate department or person. The Sales Administrator must have a good knowledge of the dealership's operations and be able to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handling administrative tasks: The Sales Administrator is responsible for handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, organizing paperwork, and creating reports. The Sales Administrator must be organized and detail oriented.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: The Sales Administrator is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and any customer waiting areas. The Sales Administrator must ensure the dealership presents customers with a professional and welcoming image.
- Supporting other departments: The Sales Administrator may be asked to support other departments in the dealership as needed. This could include coordinating events, assisting with marketing efforts, or conducting basic research.
Measurables:
- Customer satisfaction score (CSI): This measures the satisfaction customers have with their experience when interacting with the Sales Administrator. This can be measured through surveys or feedback forms.
- First call resolution rate:This measures the percentage of calls that are resolved during the first interaction with the Sales Administrator without the need for follow-up actions. A higher rate indicates efficient and effective handling of customer inquiries.
- Average wait time:This measures the average time customers spend waiting to speak with the Sales Administrator. A lower wait time indicates efficient management of customer traffic and can improve customer satisfaction.
- Call abandonment rate: This measures the percentage of calls that are abandoned by customers before speaking with the Sales Administrator. A lower abandonment rate indicates better customer service and more efficient management of incoming calls.
- Administrative task completion rate:This measures the percentage of administrative tasks assigned to the Sales Administrator that are completed accurately and within the given timeframe. A higher completion rate indicates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
The range for this role is between $18 to $22 per hour. Offered rate will be dependent on the knowledge, experience and skills of the individual chosen.
