Arcera is a thriving Sales & Marketing company based in North York. We are currently seeking Sales Representatives with outgoing personalities who have strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with excellent Customer Service, as our clients mean a great deal to us, and we strive to excel in building, and strengthening our current relationships using face-to-face sales in residential areas!
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident, and organized and has the ability to work in a team environment. Currently, we are able to offer new team members discounted mobility plans, and our current average Sales Rep is earning between $800-$1200 per week. Detailed compensation will be discussed within the interview process should you qualify.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong communication skills and is consistently eager to learn new skills
- Has the ability to build strong relationships with customers & discuss product benefits with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services
- Cross-sell products, when appropriate· Meet or exceed sales quotas
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally able to work in Canada
