Duties
- Develop new business opportunities through various sales techniques, including cold calling, telemarketing, and networking
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage sales activities
- Communicate effectively with all customers and departments
- Maintain current product knowledge and follow the sales process
- Obtain OMVIC license and clean driving record
- Complete all required training
Skills:
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

Salary: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
