Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development
- Utilize inside sales techniques to generate new leads and close sales
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale support and follow-up
Experience:
- Previous experience in haulage/logistics sales or customer service roles is required
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
