As a modern brewery with a variety of sales channels - Taproom, LCBO, licensee and online, we are looking for a candidate who is able to facilitate sales initiatives in various capacities. The Sales Assistant candidate will work under the guidance of the Sales and Marketing Manager and get hands-on experience in generating and maintaining customer relationships as well as designing and implementing marketing activities using the latest digital technology and social media platforms to grow our customer base.
We are looking for a candidate to fulfill a 16 weeks contract, starting immediately, for a minimum 30 hours/week. Marketing disciplines with a strong aptitude for sales are encouraged. Experience with adobe photoshop, social media management, CRM and word processing are a major asset.
The specific tasks and responsibilities of this job entails:
1. Be a brand ambassador and provide accurate, enticing product descriptions and collateral to prospective and existing clients.
2. Facilitate lead generation and licensee acquisition, including prospecting bars/restaurants via email campaigns utilizing CRM software.
3. Promote sales online and on-site sales by aiding in the creation and implementation of marketing.
4. Fulfill and package licensee and online orders as needed.

Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment,
be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection
has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment; and, *Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations.
The youth must be 15 years of age at the beginning of the employment period. The youth may be more than 30 years of age at the end of the employment period as long as the youth was 30 at the beginning of the employment period.
*International students are not eligible participants. International students include anyone who is temporarily in Canada for studies and who is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person who has been granted refugee status in Canada. Youth awaiting a refugee status ruling, as well as those who hold a temporary visitor visa, youth visa or work visa are ineligible.
