Are you passionate about real estate and making a significant impact in people's lives? We're looking for a dynamic New Home Sales Assistant to join our team at Devonleigh Homes!
As the first point of contact, you'll be the welcoming face greeting clients in our beautifully decorated Model Homes. Your role? Turning qualified leads into happy homeowners!
What You'll Do:
Assist in building lasting relationships and educate prospects on the unique value of a Devonleigh Home.
Be the go-to expert for community insights, floor plans, site maps, and home features.
Swiftly follow up on web leads and manage communications through our CRM.
Schedule purchase appointments and assist in preparing vital documents.
We Need:
3+ years in sales, with a knack for customer service and a positive attitude.
Stellar communication skills.
Punctuality, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.
Independence and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with technology and computer software
Understanding of floor plans and site maps is a plus.
Availability to work weekends a MUST - (Saturday - Wednesday)
