We pride ourselves on quality, locally fabricating and installing custom countertops for residential and commercial projects alike.

Position Summary

Sales Representative is a hybrid position of Inside and Outside Sales and plays an important role in growing a customer base within a specified territory while maintaining and developing existing accounts by increasing sales to current customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Present, promote and sell products/services
• Receive requests and respond to inquiries from customers
• Provide price and deliver quotations, technical assistance and source material to customers
• Assist customers with surface choices
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Resolve product or service problems following up to ensure resolution
• Take payments, process invoices and adjustments
• Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner
• Assist in day to day administration duties such as: stock entry, transfers, organizing literature and samples in the showroom
• Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 with preference given to a post secondary education.
• 2-3 years of sales experience
• Proven ability to meet sales goals
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Outgoing personality and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail both written and spoken
• Advanced computer skills, ability to learn new programs
• Kitchen and Bath Design knowledge an asset
• Inside Sales/Customer Service experience an asset
• Ability to travel
• Valid Driver’s License

Salary: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
