Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cleaning Services Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals for our cleaning services. Our Sales Representative will primarily be working with commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire clients by identifying and targeting potential businesses in the local area through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our cleaning services and advantages over competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of cleaning services and meet client expectations.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas to meet with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Class 5 drivers license valid in Alberta and reliable method of transportation.
