Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at LaborSource Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive business growth. This role requires a passion for talent recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs to deliver exceptional service.

Duties:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with customers. Your duties will include:

• Identify and engage with potential clients in need of talent recruitment solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers at client organizations.
• Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Present our services and capabilities to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations. Including cold calls.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects
• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the talent recruitment industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with Spanish/Portuguese speaking customers
• Experience in account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
