Recently available receptionist/secretary position at a real estate company.

We are a real estate brokerage conveniently located near Vaughan Mills. Our office is a fun place to work at and we have a friendly team committed to providing an inclusive environment where employees feel valued and can realize their fullest potential.

Position Information: - Full Time/Part Time - Position beginning April 2024 Monday – Friday from 9am-4pm - $17-$19/hour to start depending on experience - 90-day probationary period - Paid lunch.

Responsibilities: - Answering phone - Schedule appointments - Light bookkeeping - Courier cheques and deposits - Light office cleaning duties - Other office related responsibilities.

Qualifications: - Must speak fluent English – Italian is a plus - Must have your own vehicle - Basic computer skills - Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 - Must be able to work well with others - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
