Adecco is currently seeking a Part-Time Senior Administrative Assistant to join our clients team for their Burlington, ON location. This temporary role offers a competitive salary of $22 per hour and requires 5+ years of administrative experience. The successful candidate will support office operations, including answering phones, maintaining files, scheduling meetings, and more.
Pay rate: $22/hour.
Location: Burlington, ON
Shifts: Monday-Friday 20-24 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Answer telephones, assist callers, and relay messages.
Maintain files and records, including contact database information.
Open and distribute mail/faxes.
Manage executives' business calendar and schedule meetings.
Prepare expense reports.
Order and distribute office supplies.
Coordinate necessary repairs with facility support personnel and landlord.
Maintain organization of common areas.
Support office staff in administrative duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and WebEx
Strong typing and computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
