Reports to: Senior Manager QRA
Purpose of the Role As Senior Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, QRA senior managers and the QRA teams. Demonstrates LifeLabs’ Vision and values in all activities.
This is a Full Time Onsite role based in Toronto.
Core Accountabilities
-Extensive calendar management including scheduling/rescheduling regular and ad hoc business meetings, videoconferences and webinars, and managing meeting resources. 
-Asist in the planning and coordination of meetings/events and training programs including in person onsite/offsite or video conferences. 
-Plan and coordinate large business meetings/events, both on and off site, including managing location booking, catering, guestrooms and other meeting resources.
-Provide admin support to maintain and administer the use of various QRA programs and databases such as Paradigm, NCE, LTI, KPI's, Media Lab, Equipment, CLSI, CAP, Translations, Area Alerts and Technical Memo's, etc. This includes user set up, support, training/orientation, running reports and troubleshooting minor issues, etc.
-Prepare SOP's, Job aids and PowerPoint presentations as required
-Assist in maintaining shared drives, records, and forms
-Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new QRA employees
-Sort, distribute and mail, email, and faxes
-Conduct research/internet searches for information as needed
-Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes as required, transcribe flip chart notes, prepare meeting minutes etc.
-Prepare and display data in excel or power point for further analysis and presentation.
-Prepare, code track and submit invoices for payment in Oracle. 
-Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual ad hoc reports and special projects as assigned. 
 
Qualifications and Skills
-High School Diploma
-Post-Secondary Education preferred.
-2-3 years experience supporting senior management
-Healthcare experience an asset
-Advanced proficiency and skills with MS Word, Excel, SQL Databases
-Knowledgeable in privacy legislation
-Excellent communications skills

This is an in-person role. 
Hiring Range: 46,700 - 59,500 
The hiring range has been established, however, the final salary recommendation will be determined based off the level of experience, education requirement, external market conditions and internal equity.
