About the Opportunity
Treasury Management:

• Execute daily cash positioning, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity management.
• Monitor and forecast cash positions, collaborating with various departments to understand upcoming financial needs.
• Administer online banking access and maintenance of user permissions.
• Manage short-term and long-term investment portfolios.
• Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities and assess potential risks.
• Maintenance of company's debt portfolio, including analyzing debt structures and refinancing opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
• Negotiate and manage banking services to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Risk Management & Cashflow Forecasting:

• Identify and analyze financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposure.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial assets.
• Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasting models.
• Provide insights into future liquidity needs and work proactively to address any shortfalls.

Treasury Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and analyze treasury-related financial reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements related to treasury activities.
• Assist in the maintenance of internal controls over cash management and treasury functions.

Global Tax Support:

• Assist in the preparation of domestic, international annual tax provision under ASC 740 and facilitate the annual financial statement audit of tax accounts.
• Maintenance of global compliance calendar and prepare legal entity quarterly tax installment calculations for the group of companies.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly transfer-pricing calculations, invoicing and cash settlements.
• Support tax audits from various domestic and international tax authorities
• Assist with monthly/quarterly sales tax, VAT filings.
• Assist with ad hoc tax projects.

About You

• CPA, MBA, or CTP designation or in-progress
• Proven experience as a Treasury Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on cash management, risk management, and investment analysis
• Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial modeling tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with global and/or domestic Tax is strongly preferred

Salary Range
$85,000 - $105,000/year
