Server/Bartender

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

· Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service

· Take orders and process payments accurately using Credit or POS systems

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dinning room , including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils

· Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations

· Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar and dinning room for service and cleaning up at the end of the shift

· Overall, a server's duties revolve around providing attentive, efficient, and friendly service to create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Experience:

· Previous experience serving or bartending is required, minimum 1 year experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions

· Familiarity with food service and hospitality industry standards

· Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers

Skills:

· Bartending: Proficient in mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

· Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices

· Cashiering: Ability to accurately process payments using cash registers or POS systems

· Customer service: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service to customers

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
