Responsibilities and Duties

Below are the functions this position will perform on a regular basis, along with how the job functions within the organization. This position reports to the Beverage Manager and General Manager at the establishment.

• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environment by identifying ways to increase the guest experiences on a day-to-day basis.

• Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company’s opening and closing guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health and safety department.

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.

• Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in Ignite Group of Brands- Rich Uncle Tavern beverage manual to keep drink costs at a minimum.

• Develop an effective and efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and within the dining room satisfied at all times.

Bartender Skills

• Examples of High school diploma/GED required

• 2+ years’ experience working as a bartender

• Certification as a mixologist from a reputable bartending school preferred but, not a requirement.

• Positive outlook on the day to day hustle of life.

• Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift.

• Strong customer service, time management and interpersonal communications skills required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $16.55 per hour
