Selkirk GM is looking to add an Automotive Service Advisorto our dynamic team. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service and is located just 20 minutes north of the perimeter.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. Provide professional and friendly assistance, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct thorough consultations with customers to understand their vehicle issues and maintenance needs. Clearly explain recommended services, repair options, and associated costs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, providing updates on service progress and any additional repairs needed. Communicate effectively with the service team and other departments.
- Accurately document service requests, customer interactions, and vehicle details in the dealership's system. Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and organized manner.
Qualifications:
- Directly related experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and provide effective service to all customers, both internal and retail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
