Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to enhance the retail sales and profitability of a store by coordinating and scheduling automotive repair service transactions and responding to related customer service issues.
- Develop and present estimates, source parts and sell jobs to customers
- Interpret inspection results (working with Technician) and present results to customers
- Oversee the processes of work order preparation and scheduling
- Respond to customer service concerns and problems
- Act in a store management capacity as needed on day-to-day operational activities
- Enhance the effectiveness of Human Resources and quality of service by providing training to service providers
- Monitors and control facility and asset utilization
- Enforce compliance with environmental and safety regulations and statutes
- At least 5-year related experience in the automotive service business
- Current and valid drivers license
- Supervisory and management skills
- Service diagnosis and technical skills
- Business mathematical aptitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
