Staffinity is seeking a Blingual Insurance Sales and/or Service Advisor for a large Canandian client. This is a permanent position with base salary, uncapped commission and benefits that works on a hybrid model. The position will start full-time in the office for the training period. The salary range is 40-55k+ and fully paid training will be provided. The higher end of the base salary will be considered for candidates with direct industry experiece or certifications. The agent wil be proactively contacting clients to sell home and auto insurance or servicing and upselling accounts. The earning potential is only limited by effort. The successful candidate will be required to complete their RIBO withn the first few months. Are you looking to build a career? This may be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Ask questions to determine customer need and sell policies
• Manage client files for accuracy
• Support account managers
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Quote and sell new business

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience or personality
• Must be willint to attain the RIBO license
• Natural curiosity with the ability to ask probing questions
• Desire to learn
• Bilingual in English and French

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
