SALES REPRESENTATIVE – PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE
Unlimited earning potential for our Sales Team in Kitchener!
Make your mark as a top Sales Representative in a growing industry. You will achieve success by selling insurance programs to customers across Canada with a high-performance team.
Accountabilities
- Contact, quote, & close warm leads by phone and email; identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling
- Target new business leads and sales opportunities
- Leverage over the phone sales techniques, meeting all sales targets and objectives
- Optimize sales with access to experienced mentors and leaders
- Document and inform our Service Team to provide after-sales service to accounts

Specifics

- Able to build rapport quickly over the phone, working with urgency to connect with your leads within minutes of receiving them
- Preference shown to post-secondary education in a business or insurance program
Hours: Permanent, Full-time – 37.5 hours/week
Location: Hybrid in Kitchener, ON
Salary Range: Base Salary + New Business Commission
