SalaryThis position requires a Service Administrator who has an ability to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations while having great organization skills and a good knowledge of operating/learning dealership computer software. The successful candidate will excel in problem solving and possess strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior automotive service experience, enjoys working with people and is capable of making accurate decisions while maintaining high standards of integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Dispatch jobs to mechanics in the shop.
- Coordinating internal work orders for various jobs.
- Answering phones.
- Arrange for repairs and delivery of parts and vehicles.
- Use a computer system to track repair history, service, parts, and warranties.
Wage and vacation time off are contingent on experience and will be discussed upon further review in the interview process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
