Responsibilities:
- Sharing your positivity with others on the team each and every day.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Perform general office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, managing calendars
- Use telephone skills to handle incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or individual
- Demonstrate computer literacy by using software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Utilize clerical and accounting skills to assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage appointment booking for clients and staff, ensuring schedules are organized and conflicts are resolved efficiently

Qualifications
- Positive and high energy
- Prior retail automotive experience preferred
- Clerical / Accounting skills experience
- Organized, multi-tasker who is detail oriented and enjoys working in a high pace environment
- Strong verbal and written communicator and excellent listener
- Excellent IT skills; comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and easily adapts to various software
- Excited by new projects/tasks and comfortable suggesting improvements and changes.
- Critical thinker that can prioritize workload
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer Service Experience is an asset.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shift
- Saturday Availability required
