Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Train and develop staff on food preparation, customer service, and hospitality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other managers to improve overall restaurant performance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
