We at ReadyQuip are currently looking to grow our team and expand our organization. In doing so, a Shop Assistant (Student) is a key component to our growth. We are searching for a dedicated, and self-motivated individual that can help bring ReadyQuip to the next level.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist Shop Mechanics and Parts Department as directed by Supervisor
• Perform pressure washing and machine preparation
• Conduct proper shop clean up and support contamination control efforts
• Coordinate, organize and control inventory of tool crib
• Provide open communication assistance to the team as required
• Participate in workplace safety, environmentally sound and healthy behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Health and Safety Policy/ Programs and best practices

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer centric with strong business acumen and a sense of urgency
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized with attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, independent and a service-oriented team player with strong initiative and flexibility
• Willing and able to work flexible hours in support of the customer and business needs
• Basic computer aptitude with Microsoft Office Applications and/or inventory programs
