The Role:
The Site Superintendent runs the day-to-day operations on the construction job site and controls the build schedule. The Site Superintendent also controls the quality of the build and manages the Trade Contractors. This position is project specific and located in Salmon Arm.

The Qualifications:
- High School Diploma;
- 10 years Construction Leadership experience; Or
- an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Valid BC Driver’s License (Class 5).
The following would be considered assets:
- Gold Seal Certification (Canadian Construction Association);
- Red Seal Certification (Canadian Construction Association);
- Journeyperson Certificate;
- Excavator / Bobcat / Zoom Boom / Fork Lift / Heavy Equipment Operator certifications or experience;
- First Aid Certification;
- Fall Arrest Certification;
- Traffic Control Certification;
- Confined Space Entry Certification.
Position Term: This position is full-time for the duration of this project. Project is anticipated to complete by August 2024. Long term opportunities are available for the right candidate!
