The Site Superintendent oversees the construction process and is in charge of all construction activities within the set budget, schedules and design.

Job Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
- Provide input on the overall project plan and construction schedule providing input on project site setup, project logistics, construction methods, sequencing, and resources requirements for the execution of the project plan.
- Assist in the development and identification of project specific risks and collaborate in the development of response strategies for identified risks.
- Key collaborator in the development of site-specific safety plan and emergency response plan, and responsible for the control and monitoring of these plans in the field.
- Responsible to review project drawings and specifications to identify areas of risk or conflict.
- Contribute to the development of the project quality plan
- Ensure correct cost coding for material and equipment purchasing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or question.
Skills, Experience and Education
- Completed degree or diploma in Construction or Civil Engineering or related program.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience preferably in multi-family residential construction in a position of leadership
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, construction estimating, and project scheduling
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans
- Experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors
- Thorough understanding of construction regulations
- Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
