Our client is a leading ICI construction management firm that is looking to expand their team for current and upcoming projects. Our client completes full cycle institutional developments.
Job Description
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors and tradespeople.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Keep accurate records of project expenses, materials, and manpower utilization.
- Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
