About Our Client
Our client is a very established design build General Contractor dedicated to light industrial and commercial new build and renovation construction projects throughout the Greater Toronto region. With a strong pipeline the organization is seeking an experience Site Superintendent with experience in industrial projects.
Job Description
- Developing on site plans and procedures for ICI building projects
- Manage on-site operations for a brand new build
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on the job site
- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of sub-trades, supplies and labor materials
- Creating and updating progress schedules
- Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
- Making sure the job is completed on time and under/on budget
- Communicating with all stakeholders involved
