About Our Client
Our client is an established design build general contractor based in Toronto, dedicated to delivering light industrial, commercial and institutional building projects for clients across the GTA and South Western ON.
Due to current growth, the organization is seeking two Site Superintendents to join their team in a long term permanent capacity.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the day to day site operations for a $10M - 30M light industrial ground up new build project
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage all sub trades on site
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on site at all times
- Report project progress to internal and external stakeholders
- All other duties as required
