Site Supervisor

Mila& Co. is looking for a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. The Chosen Candidate will be responsible for the leadership and workmanship a Supervisor could provide from beginning to end of each project .

Job Responsibilities:

• Display accountability, and follow through to completion.
• Oversee multiple jobsites from staking/excavation to possession of home.
• Coordinate, supervise, and support the various trade partners and contractors on site.
• Ensure projects are in accordance with contract, code, and built to applicable specifications and scope of work.
• Ensure projects are on time and within budget while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Relations - Conduct Homeowner walk through meetings addressing any concerns in a professional and timely way.
• Ensure compliance of all health and safety requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor, site assistants
• Conduct pre-possession inspections and walk throughs.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven Site Supervisor experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction site operations and current Ontario Building Codes.
• Ability to Multi-Task
• Self motivated and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to get your hands dirty to assist in work throughout the job.
• Must provide a clean drivers abstract

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.81-$40.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• construction: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Brantford, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Brantford, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
