SalaryResponsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media advertising strategies across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms;
- Manage budgets to ensure optimization of ad spend for conversions and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and present findings to clients.
- Utilize tools to track and interpret key metrics.
- Possess a background in graphic design and video content creation (although not a primary responsibility).
- Create and manage campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Utilize email marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo, to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Shopify and e-commerce website optimization strategies.
- Showcase exceptional analytical skills to interpret data and extract actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, meeting and exceeding goals consistently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in running successful Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, with proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing tools to extract and make sense of data;
- Background in creatives is an advantage;
- Proficiency with using Social Media channels for ads and marketing
- Experience with Email Marketing and SMS Marketing.
- E-commerce management experience, including knowledge of Shopify and optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in creating and managing campaigns on major Social Media platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for design.
